March 23th, 2007: The Sanctuary is already open for visits, but new builds are being constructed too. Here you can see the just finished new quarters for the African Civet . The African Civet lives in forests, both dense rainforest, or in partly forested areas, as well as in drier country were cover exists.
The African Civet is an omnivorous generalist. It is capable of taking on poisonous millipedes most other species avoid and snakes.
